The Bali Package – A Breath of Fresh Air to the Doha Round

This paper provides a brief overview of the outcome of the 9th World Trade Organization Ministerial Conference, held in Bali in December 2013. It examines the main elements of the ‘Bali Package’, which marks a significant step in concluding the Doha round and will assist to rebuild confidence in the multilateral trading system.
