Guidelines for Implementation: The Whole System Approach in addressing Violence Against Women and Girls in the Commonwealth

The guidelines for Implementation: The Whole System Approach in Addressing Violence against Women and Girls provides a collaborative framework between Commonwealth member country governments, the Commonwealth Secretariat, Commonwealth Associations, partner organisations, experts on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and civil society
organisations (CSOs).

The aim is to create an easily accessible pathway by means of which Commonwealth member countries can evaluate their current progress, set realistic targets and create a framework to support and enhance gender equality and women’s empowerment within the Commonwealth.
